Record your hours and expenses for all work connected to fire prevention activities on your property for the period of January through December. Submit the report to the HOA by August 15, so it can be counted for credit towards maintaining FIREWISE certification. Your efforts will greatly help to keep Saddleback safe!
NOTE: Additional printed copies of this form are available at the mail kiosk in a plastic bin under the left bulletin board stanchion.
