With the severity of the last few fire seasons and the early arrival of this year's, we all need to take extra precautions with protecting our homes from fire danger.  PG&E has created a video to help us  accomplish this in the link below.

The Wonders Little Free Library
has been up and running for our neighborhood!

A Little Free Library is a free book-sharing box where anyone may take a book or share a book. You do not need to share a book in order to take one.

As most are aware the Saddleback HOA, in partnership with Placer County, installed 2 radar speed signs in our community in an effort to slow down traffic (Traffic Calming).  These signs collect vehicle speed and time and allows us to investigate traffic usage on our streets. The data for the year 2022 has been analyzed and is presented in the article.
