FirewiseActivityReport Firewise Activity Report- To keep our certification, the community must perform a number of hours (or expenses) towards fire prevention. This report covers activities spanning January through July and should be deposited in the mail kiosk drop box by August 15 of the current year.

 

 


Sddleback Complaint Form Neighborhood Complaint Form- If you have a complaint about something going on in the neighborhood and haven't been able to resolve it by yourself, here is a complaint form that you can email to the HOA Board of Directors.  You can fill out this form online then email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. START Form- Used to get approval of all exterior modifications to your property.  You can edit this form and submit it online .
Actions that require a START form- if you add to your existing property in the form of a new:
    • building
    • fence
    • wall other structure
    • exterior addition
    • alteration to existing structure
Considerations for you and the Architectural Committee:
   • the harmony of the external design
   • the location in relation to surrounding structures and topography
   • buildings and structures must be within prescribed setbacks
   • acceptable materials and colors must be used
   • reduce visual impact of ancillary structures
   • State, County or Local ordinancesr
Required Setbacks:
    • house and other structures: at least 75 feet from front property line
    • house and other structures: at least 50 feet from other property lines
    • paved driveways: at least 25 feet from side property lines
Your START form must show plans and specifications demonstrating the:
    • nature
    • kind
    • shape
    • height
    • materials
    • location (relative to property lines and/or natural barriers)


 Home Owners Information Sheet- Used to gather information for the purpose for communicating HOA correspondence (mail and email). This may be shared among residences in a secured manor. You can fill out and submit a editable (using Adobe Acrobat) PDF  formatted form.

 

 


 Proxy Form- Used to establish a quorum at any Saddleback Homeowners Association meeting.
